By registering for a course with Ashfaq Academy of Clinical Medicine ("the academy"), you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of our courses
Clinical skills training. Certificates of attendance/completion; not a PMDC/HEC-recognised degree or postgraduate qualification. Course content is for educational purposes for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and medical students. It does not replace clinical judgement, local protocols or official guidelines, and you remain responsible for your own clinical practice.
2. Registration and payment
- Submitting a form registers your interest. Your seat is confirmed only after we receive your payment and confirm it on WhatsApp.
- Fees are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on each course page and may change for future batches. The fee confirmed to you at registration applies to your batch.
- Seats in live and physical batches may be limited.
- There is no early-bird pricing. Returning students who have attended any of our workshops get a discount on other workshops; ask us on WhatsApp for the current amount.
3. Recorded courses and course materials
- Recorded lectures, notes and links are for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, uploading or recording course material without permission is not allowed, and may lead to access being withdrawn without refund.
- Every course includes 6 months of access to its recordings. This applies to live courses and to recorded-only purchases alike.
4. Live and physical sessions
- We may reschedule a session because of faculty availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you on WhatsApp and offer an alternative date or recording where possible.
- Please behave professionally and respect patient confidentiality: do not share identifiable patient information during sessions.
5. Refunds
If we cancel a batch, you may choose a full refund or a place in a later batch. For other refund requests, please contact us before the course starts and we will consider them fairly. Fees for recorded courses are generally non-refundable once access has been shared.
6. Certificates
Certificates of attendance/completion are issued to participants who meet the attendance or completion requirements stated for the course, within 7 days of the final class.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, including lectures, slides, notes, logos and website content, belongs to the academy or its faculty and is protected by copyright.
